During our initial call we set a time to me that works for us. At our first session we will clearly discuss the areas you wish to address and your specific goals. We will then review your history and background and together set a course of treatment that best meets your needs.
Lengths of treatment vary. Each client is treated as an individual with different needs and goals. At each session we will address progress and outcomes and decide on client future needs
